We were pleased with both the maturity and approach

March 24th, 2023 • Product Experience: trial only • Role: Purchaser

We were pleased with both the maturitye and approach while speaking with Visibility, however because of the time zone difference (we are in the Eurpean Market), we were not convinced we could confidentially move forward with them on the project. We also weighed the business risk; though they are a well established business, as both vendor and implementer we had concerns with their size.

this is a fully functioning, auditable system

September 15th, 2021 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

As with anything that is highly configurable, there is prep work, and training that is required (not hours and hours of training, just proper training). With proper training, the system performs exactly the way it is expected too. I have used other ERP systems, and find that this is a fully functioning, auditable system that requires little maintenance, and is well suited for the job.

Visibility is a very customer-focus Company

September 15th, 2021 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

I find Visibility a very customer-focus Company, they don’t just implement and run, they have stay involved with us after the implementation was complete. Technical support is very responsive when issue arise. We had some issues, because we were not coming from another ERP System, with implementation. and with people getting used to an ERP System.

Of course, as with any major conversion/implementation, there are stressors and frustrations; but, the Visibility team are knowledgeable, eager, and patient. But they will push you, for the betterment of your company and seamless implementation.

Visibility listens to its customers by incorporating changes

September 15th, 2021 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

Visibility listens to its customers by incorporating changes into the core system. This gives the customers the opportunity to benefit from what others are adding, which provides a lot of value to us. We would recommend the Visibility ERP solution to any Make-to-Order manufacturer. This system is designed to meet the needs of this industry and is a great tool.

The service from Visibility is outstanding

September 14th, 2021 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

All the modules link with great audit trails. The service from Visibility is outstanding and they innovate their default software via Voice of the Customer. I have no customization and upgrades to new versions are smooth. I am a big fan of using User Define Fields to track anything I want.

We replaced our legacy system with an out-of-box solution

February 12th, 2015 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

We replaced our legacy system with an out-of-box solution to handle our engineer to order manufacturing and distribution business. We use purchase orders, work orders, sales orders, BOMs in our Visibility system. We have configured it to pull out all the useful information we previously did not have access to in our legacy ERP system. I am an active user and we streamlined our operations to be far more efficient.

Pros

We have thousands of parts to manufacture one of our typical tools and parts are called up quickly in searches using a variety of search options. We can export our data into Excel, .PDF, Word, XML, XML2, HTML. We print our own forms, and track transactions in Japanese Yen and U.S. dollars. We can create customized data fields (User-defined fields) to track any data we like. The General Inquiries function is a pleasant surprise as I can drill down into data from a variety of different pieces of data like by part number, by supplier, by sales order, etc.

Cons

We would like a bigger emphasis on service business and perhaps electronic signature capture to attach to service sales orders.
