Learned it as a salesman, way, way too many things to do to enter a bid or order. It does not look like it was designed for salespeople.
It produces clear, easy to read Bids, quotes and purchase agreements.
Very, very user-friendly. Zero intuitive, complicated, poor training, lots and lots of icons that aren’t needed by any particular group. Difficult to navigate as a salesperson.
Slow, buggy with poor design and implementation
It has a lot of features that can be somewhat figured out by more advanced users.
Like I said, it has a lot of features but their implementation is often done poorly and lazily. The design is confusing and counterintuitive. It’s slow and freezes up often which is the last thing you need with a customer in front of you. All in all, it only seems to be getting worse.
WoodPro InSight gives us real-time control of each item across the supply chain, which maximizes our ability to meet customer demand and cut costs.
