A construction management software, formerly Corecon, designed for contractors, developers, and construction firms of all sizes.
Corecon was acquired by Sage in May of 2023 and Sage has rebranded the product to Sage Construction Management. Sage plans to keep the software technology agnostic allowing it to integrate with existing accounting software as well as Sage Intacct Construction, Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, and Sage 100 Contractor.
Sage Construction Management, is a web-based software suite designed for efficient project management, spanning from preconstruction to project closeout. It leverages modern web technology to enhance productivity and profitability, offering professionals in architecture, engineering, contracting, and real estate convenient access to crucial project data. The software encompasses modules for business development, estimating, project management, job cost control, scheduling, and collaboration.
Sage Construction Management enables construction project teams to collaborate remotely. The TeamLink Portal allows external team members to respond directly to correspondence, providing real-time updates and reducing the need for emails or calls. Additional features like the Document Calendar and Alerts help track urgent materials and remind staff of pending tasks.

Multiple users can collaborate on the same estimate, and a large network of subs and suppliers can contribute pricing via the TeamLink Portal. Bid analysis tools facilitate competitive proposal creation.

It provides detailed reports and analytics for project monitoring and integrates seamlessly with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP Business One. It can also come with accounting functionality if you want to replace your current accounting software with an all-in-one system.
Sage Construction Management addresses scheduling challenges by enabling distributed teams to manage project tasks from any location. It supports multiple schedules per project, task assignments to resources, and email notifications. The software is compatible with Microsoft Excel or Project for schedule importation.
When we demod Corecon it seemed like a pretty good fit but it was a bit too much learning for our team. They also were not standard for our specifc industry (roofing) so we ended up looking at other options.
Streamlined system that works well with QuickBooks
Was too much of a learning curve
+++++++++++++++++++++
Very Intuitive, well thought out product, has been a game changer for us. Cloud based so start up costs are low and most importantly I don’t need to buy any hardware. Very affordable and there is a great mobile app too.
There is a customer/subcontractor portal that makes communication and statuses a snap
Eventhough integration with Quickbooks and Quickbooks online is good, I wish Corecon had it’s own self contained accounting package.
