I would definitely recommend commercial for your business projects, they are easy to reach, respond quickly to requests and their online portal is easy to use. Great job!

The Good…

The Bad…

nothing that I don’t like

Commercient does an excellent job mapping ERP and CRM data back and forth. We are now saving time and having more informed conversations with our customers because of them.

The Good…

Being able to start with a possible sales deal and follow it from a CRM opportunity to an ERP sales order and invoice, then back into the CRM as a record of purchase is extraordinary.

The Bad…

The setup time takes a little longer than they estimate. Double their estimate and you’ll be good to go.
