An Enhancement Product for Microsoft Dynamics SL


Fixed Assets allows you to either bring in assets from the Accounts Payable module and edit or manually enter from this screen in Dynamics SL. It allows for Asset Depreciation (Straight Line), Double Declining Balance, Section 179 and posts directly to the General Ledger. It also allows unlimited number of Methods (Book/Tax/Other). Fixed Assets will also pull information from Project Controller to set up a project.

This is an Enhancement Utility/System Module for the Microsoft Dynamics SL (formerly Solomon) suite of accounting applications, developed to integrate with, look like, and perform like the Dynamics SL Modules. This Utility/System requires a Microsoft Dynamics SL license/software platform as a prerequisite for installation.

Asset Improvements/Component Tracking

Fixed Assets allows you to add components to a main asset and/or track improvements to an asset.

Barcode Scanning

Add barcodes to your Fixed Assets, and then use a scanner to inventory your assets. System will produce Barcode labels with FA ID number. System will verify location of Asset and Allow locations to be changed. Use barcode scanning to track Fixed Assets.

Complete Reporting Capabilities

Provides reports on Asset Transactions in Detail and Summary as well as Depreciation and Location tracking. Reports allow full use of Dynamics SL’s Sort/Select features.

Location Tracking

With Fixed Assets you will always know where your asset is. Full asset location history is maintained and viewable onscreen.
