Epicor is a true HCM suite with no gaps in service.

Currently we have around 650 employees and we have 11 different locations throughout the Pittsburgh-Pennsylvania area. They saw a need to integrate a lot of the services they were using cause there was separate time sheet modules, there’s a lot of manual processing that they were using as far as like Excel sheets and things like that to manage their human resource functions.

HR is so paper-driven and what HCM has allowed us to do is to cut eliminate the paper and eliminate a lot of those processes. So many automatic alerts and things that go out that wouldn’t be there without the product so it would be very, very complicated.

The one thing I enjoy the most is definitely the reporting piece because at heart I’m a huge nerd so I love data and math and being able to build reports and create neat stuff.
