We’re the market leader in handcuffs and restraints for law enforcement.

Our website was becoming outdated. We had accounting challenges and we were double accounting between multiple systems and Quickbooks and the customization features like drop down menus were not good and confusing our customers. We needed to improve the website.

Our customization has improved. We laser edge on people’s equipment and that has been a big improvement. The drop down menus on a lot of our products with different quantities was the challenge for us before but this handles it pretty good.

It’s been good. We still manage to screw things up but we were keeping our inventory separate from 4cents and QuickBooks, and now we keep our inventory in GoECart and it has been better that way. It’s still a challenge for most small merchants where inventory gets screwed up all the time, but we’re doing OK with it.

Juno Active is brand of plus size women’s activewear.

One year ago we flipped the switch and started working with GoECart and here we are today.

The best thing that has happened is all of our support services are using the same system. Our fulfillment is using GoECart to fulfill orders, our call center is using it to answer questions about orders and to enter orders, and our operations and purchasing teams are all using GoECart.

With disparred systems, we’re always trying to make one talk to another, and sometimes it’s unique with the information being provided. GoECart provides a one stop shop for everything we need to run the business.

The growth is coming from touching our customer’s experience. This last week we turned on a feature in GoECart for abandoned carts and our orders grew 28%.
