Fieldtech Service Work Orders, also known as Fatso, enables field technicians and engineers to process service work orders remotely. Fatso is an ideal application for businesses requiring the deployment of workers for the maintenance, repair and calibration of devices and equipment used in the oil and gas industry.
Field techs and engineers can produce detailed calibration reports in a PDF format through Fatso for the following tasks:
The laptop or tablet component of Fatso enables field techs and engineers to enter billable activity into the system from remote locations inaccessible to the internet (offline) and upload that activity into Microsoft’s cloud-based secure Azure platform once they’re in range of the internet. And they do this easily with a tap on the tablet’s screen or click of the mouse. Fatso then sends text and email notifications to management and the accounting department of completed service work orders ready for billing.
Management can review and approve completed service work orders for billing, where Accounting creates invoices programmatically through Fatso. Fatso automatically posts the invoices into popular accounting systems like QuickBooks.
Management also has the ability to release and assign new service work orders to field techs and engineers.
The cost of Fieldtech Service Work Orders starts at $500/month with a $3,500 setup fee. The pricing model is a monthly subscription cost. There is a free trial available. There is no free version available.
