Absolutely awful. By far our worst waste of money.
There are no pro’s. We have been on the platform for over a year and have not received one viable lead. In fact, the 2 (yes, only 2) leads appeared to be spam. They are unwilling to work with us to lessen the financial burden of the cost of the subscription even though they can plainly see it has provided no value.
The cons are they really don’t seem to care about their client’s success. It is quite ironic that they call their sales people Client Success Managers.
We use Houzz Pro for our project management and estimating software. It has been going okay so far. The program is very user friendly and everyone on my team can use it without issue.
Recently we have been digging into it a bit more. While it can do everything we ask it fto do, it is a bit more of a basic program. It fits our business great though as we are just starting up and don’t need all the fancy features.

Using Houzz Pro has really changed how I create my estimates, how I manage my timelines with team members. The website feature was really my game changer. Having an online presence has really increased the amount of clients that call and request an estimate on their project from me. Showcasing my client reviews really makes sure you go that extra mile for your clients.
