it has helped transform the way we operate. It’s efficient, customer & staff friendly and it’s meant we’ve picked up new business - not just through delivery but generally… pick up and delivery slots make spreading demand out simple during busy periods. Love how you can deal with customers more personally as you have their contact details even though it’s online. Still to use the offer of customer promotions but I know that will be a good boost to trade when we do. Far too many good/ useful features to mention

I wanted to be able to own and control the sales process and customer relationship.
