Cova has made running my store so much easier. The system is super intuitive—my staff picked it up quickly, transactions are fast, and everything stays compliant without extra effort. In New York’s strict market, the built-in safeguards like ID verification and purchase limits give me peace of mind. What really sets Cova apart, though, is the support. I’ve always had one dedicated rep who actually knows my business and helps me find solutions, not just read from a script. Whenever I had a question or suggestion, they listened and followed up. Cova doesn't have eComm for NY market, so I have to use another solution which integrates well with Cova.

Cova wasn’t just selling a product. They genuinely wanted to help retailers who wanted to get into the business, to share best practices and everything that should be considered to be successful.

Cova's dashboard and reporting allows us to easily look at how much we're selling, average transaction cost, and how much one budtender is selling versus another. We can see it in real-time. By 5:00pm we pretty much know what sales are going to be for the day.

Very happy with the product and service
I used Cova for my Retail Cannabis store and am very happy with the product and service. Having a background in inventory control i was looking for a system that allows me the the freedom to personalize my options and reports while being thorough in the tracking and reporting sections. Any issues i have had are supported or handled immediately and effortlessly .

Ok where does one start… The tablet to check patients in hardly works which causes lines and impatience. There reporting is awful and the system is NOT user friendly. Do not get excited during the demo and there customer service is non existent.
