I’ve had some clients mention TenantCloud and mention it as something to use.

I’ve been saying for a while that a free property management software will come out. There are all these software platforms that are real expensive, clunky, and cumbersome. But there are now models that everyone is comfortable and familiar with like Gmail and Facebook where you pay nothing, but companies are still making money. There is so much money in property management, and I thought this was going to happen.

The software is tackling the maintenance coordination as well. A lot of people use Appfolio, Propertyware, or Buildium. Many people may not be super concerned about the software costs initially, but they are concerned about every property they are paying for over the long-term. For professional property managers, I feel this will be a good choice.

If someone wants to use a certain platform for maintenance coordination or for tenant showing/scheduling, the goal is to have an API that allows integration eventually.

For renters, paying online from the app or the website is easy and there is a no fee option with TC payments. You can view your rent history, what you have or have not paid.
