Bravo Store Systems Review
We had been using PawnMaster for several years before it was acquired by Bravo. We never had any issues with the software until the acquisition. We now run into issues where the loan amounts are off; Not the reports but the actual recorded loan amount. If someone owes us $148, the system will round it down to $100. We have had numerous calls with the support team but they have not come up with a way to resolve the issue.
I love the Bravo Dashboard
I love the Bravo Dashboard. It’s one of my favorite features. During the day, I can access anything I want from the home screen. From the Dashboard, I can also see my Company Performance report. It gives me all of the numbers I need to run my business. Plus, I love the Bravo Estimator. It helps my employees determine the value of jewelry and merchandise, establishing a consistent guideline for how much should be loaned on each item that comes into his store.
