We wanted software for consistency on all our channels across the board, have financial clarity, and accurately control inventory.

Sales, marketing and implementation were all involved in the presentation with Brightpearl and their employees knew what to show us. They helped show how to best use the system. Having the training team involved really helped us to learn and establish everything on our end.

We became fully automated in just two months. The training team really helped us through it. We’re processing orders much faster than ever before and our seller ratings on eBay and Amazon have improved.

We’re turning over between $30-35 million annually, but within 3 to 5 years, we want that to be $100 million. This is why we’ve invested in Brightpearl, since it lets our inventory, financials, order processing, and marketing to be fully automated.

We split our business into two based on the products we sold and needed the right system to run it.

Our previous software was not developed sufficiently and there was a lot that just wasn’t possible. We wanted to set up drop-shipping to reduce delivery times, centralize inventory across our channels, and have better listing control for eBay.

Brightpearl is our central data source. We create products in the system and they are pushed into our warehouse system automatically. When the warehouse ships an order, the status in Brightpearl is automatically updated.

Our old system only let us ship twice a day but now we can ship when we need to, which helps with our same-day shipping guarantee with our Amazon Prime orders.

Previously before Brightpearl we opeated on 7 different IT systems. It was a nightmare. When I found Brightpearl, I thought this is something that interests me. Having moved into a fully integrated system is a pleasure to use.

I do all my accounting now on Brightpearl which is a godsend to me. I used to use Excel and spent 8 days doing VAT returns and now I do it in the kick of a button.
