After using BusinessMan ERP, I found it to be a robust tool for managing various business aspects in one place. The software’s layout is intuitive, making it easy to navigate between CRM & ERP without getting bogged down or overwhelmed in complicated menus. I appreciated how streamlined the process is for daily tasks. Another strong point is its customization options. I could tailor the system to fit my companies specific unique needs, which is something that’s often lacking in other ERP solutions we’ve tried. The built-in data security and audit trails gave me peace of mind, knowing that sensitive information was safeguarded, and any changes in the system were traceable. While the setup is relatively smooth, having a few more guided walkthroughs could make it even easier to maximize the software’s potential right from the start. Overall, BusinessMan ERP has proven to be a comprehensive, user-friendly solution that genuinely supports my business operations, offering both efficiency and flexibility.

A very easy to use database. It handled about £500million of loans and 2000 customers. We operated in a multisite environment and it ‘just worked’!

Overall, we are all enjoying using the system. Going to a cloud-based software package has been great, and we look forward to starting the tablet version. It would be even better if the filtering happened a bit faster, which we know our internet is to blame for to some degree.
Pros
The software is very cohesive and allows all of the users in the business to customise the layout to give relevant information to indivisual needs.
Cons
It throws users out every so often, which can be frustrating when building a large SKU or quote.

We have been using BusinessMan for more than 15 years now, in various iterations, and we have been happy working with their team. They have helped make the changes we have needed as the company has evolved.
Pros
Flexabilty and ability to meet our requirments, really good reports that we can configure ourselves.
Cons
It would be nice if there was a mobile app but with so much information on a small screen its is a big ask, however can be used nativley on a tablet through a web browser.
BusinessMan ERP Review
We have completed our internal review of our go forward path for MLE’s ERP solution. We have decided that the best solution for MLE will be BMEW. We were impressed by not only the platform of MariaDB, but also the interface, usability, flexibility, and simplicity of BMEW over Netsuite. We felt that BMEW was not only a better value, but an overall better product for us in direct comparison to Netsuite.
We also took into account our relationship over the last 5 years. Internally, we feel that Computech has always acted in MLE’s best interest and that the entire organization has put forward maximum effort since day one. We feel that all the people at Computech have similar values to us here at MLE: work hard and get the job done. We look forward to taking our internal systems and processes to the next level.
