We run into a great deal of glitches or delays in service

March 5th, 2024 • Product Experience: 1-2 years • Role: End User

When we were shown the software, we were under the impression it would meet all the needs we discussed with the provider. However, now that we have been operating on the software for a length of time, we realize the accounting is single-sided. Our owner requires double-entry and has struggled to make the software work. We also run into a great deal of glitches or delays in service.
