Ai2000 Key Features
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Drop in a sketch or photo, and Ai2000 builds the tech pack framework.
- Manage BOMs, grading, colorways, lab dips, fittings, and mood boards in the same record.
- Live costing re-prices the style when fabric, trim, labor, or duty costs change, showing landed cost and margin.
- Track fabric yield and shrinkage, and align fabric and trim purchases with demand.
- Footwear tools include size run matrices, width and last management, upper and sole BOMs, and tooling and mold tracking.
- Home goods tools support multi-component assemblies.
Vendor Portal
- Give suppliers a shared workspace for sample requests, approvals, lab dips, and calendars.
- Let vendors open the same product record, including the BOM, that your team works from, so specs don’t have to be re-sent over email or chat.
Order and Inventory Management
- Manage the full order lifecycle, from entry and allocation to picking.
- Capture B2B, B2C, and EDI orders in one place.
- Check available-to-promise inventory with real-time stock visibility across multiple locations.
- Set automated reorder points, and track batches and serial numbers.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Exchange purchase orders, invoices, and advance ship notices without third-party EDI software.
- Generate GS1-128 carton labels.
- Format and validate transactions to each trading partner’s requirements to help reduce chargebacks.
Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Use handheld scanning, RFID, and wave picking, all built into the ERP.
- Works with Zebra and Honeywell scanners and RFID readers.
- Show each pick, bin, and pack station on the handheld, replacing paper pick lists.
Financial Management
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger in one system, with bank reconciliation built in.
- Post sales, inventory costs, freight, duties, and chargebacks to the same ledger as they happen.
- Track landed costs and margins by order and purchase order (PO).
- Drill down from a profit-and-loss (P&L) line to the underlying invoice.
- Connect to factors and lenders, or to QuickBooks if you keep a separate accounting tool.
