As a 25 year finance director of a now successful MRO business, my experience with the software has been exceptional; and, I would recommend its implementation and use to any business manager that is serious about establishing a successful MRO business themselves.
Pros
The tools and data that the Impresa MRO software provides to manage the business are exceptional. From job cost tracking to quoting, scheduling, and data management, the software provides complete MRO business management tools and the means with which to run a successful business. The intel gleaned from the data has been a tremendous boon for planning and decision making at all levels of the organization.
Cons
Naturally, to be able to achieve the levels of data resources that the Impresa MRO software brings to bear, requires a good amount of data input; and, consistent input practices ... which can be a bit daunting and challenging for new users. This is the typical concern among staff; however, the benefits of establishing these practices with the software far outweigh any drawbacks.
