What is Intuit Enterprise Suite?
Intuit Enterprise Suite was officially announced and launched on September 12, 2024. It’s best for service-based midmarket companies that are outgrowing QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and need multi-entity accounting capabilities. Because of its similar interface to QuickBooks Online and native cloud infrastructure, it’s set to be Desktop Enterprise’s eventual replacement.
Key Features
The system builds on the accounting capabilities of QuickBooks Online with the following features:
- Multi-Entity Management: Manage all of your entities’ finances in one place, and even create intercompany transactions.
- Accounting: Manage all core accounting tasks like the general ledger, AR/AP, expenses, and transactions.
- Dashboard: Track KPIs like cash flow and P&L on a real time dashboard.
- Multi-Dimensional Reporting: Access pre-built standard reports, or build your own with up to 20 dimensions.
- Payroll: Run your payroll with integrated accounting and time data.
- HR: Offer 401(k) retirement plans and benefits packages with medical, dental, and vision insurance. Onboard new employees and manage your team’s information.
- Construction Finance: Save previous job financial data and compare estimates vs actuals for every project.
- Time Tracking Integrations: Integrates automatically with third-party apps like Knowify and BigTime.
AI Capabilities
While Intuit Enterprise Suite does have AI capabilities, they are fairly weak. The AI-powered invoice reminders and forecasts can already be achieved without using AI, so they don’t bring anything new to the table.
Pricing
While Intuit has not released official pricing, early reports suggest prices start around $7,800/year for a single-entity business. For multi-entity companies, you can expect to pay anywhere from $12,000-$15,000/year to start out.
Pricing can increase based on:
- User count
- Add-ons
- Usage volume (how much data you process)
- How many entities you have
