The best thing we have come upon. We were using write-in timesheets, and with little supervision with 2nd and 3rd shifts, we can assure that no one is stealing time. And with precise location, they can only clock in at work. Face recognition is a bonus. We have not had any issues. I can go on and on. Amazing app.
Comprehensive features!
Comprehensive features! I appreciate how people can put notes beside time entries and also have the option to do it manually or automatically with the set timer. I also love the formatting of the exported reports, as they include not only the high-level reporting but all the raw time entries. The integration with Slack is also great to let everyone know when someone is truly available for work (vs. just being online). Kudos to the team!

Jibble created a culture of self-accountability in our organization. Its simple, almost gamified approach made it possible to improve punctuality without micromanagement. Instead of HR having to constantly step in, our employees can see for themselves that we’re fair with pay–and in return, there’s an expectation of focus and commitment. It was the missing piece for fostering ownership and fairness.
Really easy to deploy, manage, and configure
A really great platform for growing teams who might not have the need for a hardware clock-in and out system. It’s easy to deploy across team members and easy to manage and configure. While using Jibble, our team has grown from 10 to 60+ who are working shifts across three locations. Very happy with the app, support, and documentation available.
