It’s a great software. Easy to learn and use with a lot of features. Their support line is great too. We are fans.
Pros
Yes, it has a lot of features and we really like that. Not sure why some have a problem with that. Maybe they aren't sure how to broker?
Cons
Maybe they could add an app? But we don't broker on our phones so probably wouldn't use it anyway.
The pricing is great for a startup
The pricing is great for a startup and I like how they allow multiple users on the same account. But overall, the system is not a good fit for someone less experienced in the freight business. In trying to learn the software to understand if it was a good fit for my business, I found the interface extremely cumbersome and not very straightforward. Nothing was really transparent on the pages or laid out for a layperson to understand.

very unhappy with the services it offered … I chose LoadPilot over Truck stop so many times… and it is regrettable… at the end…

the tools it offered ... the listing list they offer is a terrible tool and did zero on my conversion ratio to customer retention. I would love nothing but to get my $500 dollars back...
Absolutely the BEST software to start your brokerage
Absolutely the BEST software to start your brokerage. The two broker schools I went to use it for training and they highly recommended it to us. Also, the brokerage I work for now uses it too. I’ve found it very easy to learn and it seems to have all the features we need.
Pros
It has everything we need. Also they sell a list of shipper leads that we use extensively and update it every year.
Cons
There are some features that we don't need. Maybe they could find a way to hide the things we don't use?
Features for the price
We’ve been using Loadpilot for years and it has everything we need for our brokerage and 9 agents. It’s also extremely reasonable in its pricing. Easy to use for our newbies. Their video training is great. Highly recommend.
