Great Demand and Supply Planning
I can’t tell you how excited I am to work with Lumina on our new demand and supply planning system. I’ve helped small and large multinational businesses build tools to solve complex supply chain problems since 2010 and have been searching for a system like Lumina over the past 5 years to grow functionality, broaden and automate beyond the limitations of Excel’s envelope on replenishment tools to extend functionality, so working with you feels like a dream come true! I’m hugely impressed with Lumina - seeing our new system start to take shape in a way that matches my vision.
Amazing AI Format Functionality
The AI free format functionality is so amazing! I witnessed some astonishing feats this evening, all results checked in excel and spot on. Within a handful of input prompts, Lumina had created a ranked table of descending 2024 top accounts by FY £ revenue, each account showing their top 2 best selling SKUs ranked by revenue & SKUs % of FY account revenue 2024 & a 2023 comparison! Really impressed.
Automated Data Entry
Like many people who work in merchandising and supply chain I spend a lot of time working in spreadsheets, yes I am an excel nerd and I find it very satisfying when I have built something to help me do the work but is this really a good use of my time? The big ERP providers are too complex and expensive for many small to medium size businesses, so they continue to work off a “spready”. Lumina used the clunky data from one of my clients, which is currently held in multiple spreadsheets to model an intuitive AI ERP solution, blown away is an understatement, it felt like it had accessed my brain, pulled everything out and given me an early Christmas present, moving my time from data entry to decision making and the best part were the commercials, that really made me smile.
