Have used this software since 2007 and have never regretted for choosing it. The system is easy to use and gives our business and auditor all the information needed; helps with TCEQ reporting required for our business; excellent reports for our utility system; calls are always returned promptly and problems are always solved in reasonable amount of time; the staff at RVS is always very professional and very helpful.

There is nothing that I like 'least'. I love this product!
Customer support and reporting is terrible
Can’t get phone calls returned. When you call with a question, problem, or concern the person you need to talk to is never there or they don’t have time to talk with you. When your system is down in your town you need to have a decent response time.
You need better training in customer service.
As a town we need to be able to have a go to or contact person.
