So far it’s been little better than a scam. You have to upgrade to get most of the features, and the ones you supposedly do get haven’t worked. Such as sending new lease agreements to tenants. I paid the $10 to fill out and send an agreement to a new tenant to e sign. They then decided to amend the terms so I’m out another $10 because you can’t edit a lease agreement once it’s been sent. And the real kicker is they never received either. I emailed customer support who really didn’t take time to actually read about the problem and pretty much just gave me a bogus answer that didn’t even apply to the situation. So far I am extremely dissatisfied. Plan to do a full review of the software on YouTube. I expected much much better.
I do not like the software. However if it did what it was advertised to do it probably would be good.
So far this has been little better than a scam. You nickel and dime your subscribers for everything and then do not do what they pay for. In my situation I paid you to send a lease agreement to a new tenant for e signature. You had no problem collecting the fee. Twice. You just didn’t deliver the contract to be signed either time.
The application has some flaws but generally beneficial. Often difficult to get support help !

A full suite of leasing and management and cloud-based! Also, a system that should be a good fit for any size person or company and with room to expand! The integration of the Trans Union credit/criminal history site is a huge plus as well.
It is engineered to be user-friendly, making it easy even for those of us who are a bit older and technologically challenged. I’ve had to call for help a dozen, or so, times and have always been greeted by a friendly, determined and enthusiastic professional who made really quick work of whatever problem I’ve had.
