Overall experience is very positive. I’ve worked with other systems like TrackWise or Veeva. But this guys, they are always bringing new nice features every time we upgrade, they care.
Pros
It's easy to adapt the workflows and activities to your needs. The software is really helpful, saving time to the user with complex tasks. In addition they can provide very nice "real" AI functionalities. They're not a chat, they use AI with a purpose to help the user. They also have a good support, they listen to deliver improvements.
Cons
Not really... Maybe they several updates per year, you can decide when to upgrade. It's not mandatory, so we updgrade when we want.
