Overall, my experience has been a great one, once I got over my learning curve.
Pros
Once I felt comfortable with using TQA and understood the functionalities, I was able to utilize the features and what works best for our company with some customizations that fit our industry.
Cons
At first the TQA Cloud was super intimidating. ISO 9001 and Quality aspects of a manufacturing company could be overwhelming The TQA team was beyond helpful and supportive to my learning curve and actually turned The TQA QMS and Training modules into my favorite part of my job.
