Instant productivity
Since we began using Vantaca, we have been using PowerBI Dashboards to provide business as well as personnel insights for our organization. This, naturally, required additional resources and maintenance as it was separate and apart from the Vantaca system. Then, Vantaca rolled out Vantaca IQ, which almost overnight ended our need for PowerBI. Not only is the Vantaca team constantly adding more widgets and metrics to their IQ Dashboards, but the seamless integration into their system makes digging into the details as easy as the click of a button. We can instantly see productivity by employee and click directly into an XN to investigate any details. The features the Vantaca dev team have added just in the last 4 months make me very excited to see what they’ll continue to develop as more clients begin using IQ.

Through this well-conceived, customizable IT tool, we can prevent “fires” before they start, find training opportunities for staff, and have real-time data to hold our team accountable. The ability to not only see the number of open (or closed) tickets each team member has in their queue, but drill down directly into a ticket with a single click, saves us time and improves efficiencies. Goodbye, Power BI!

Great value in Vantaca IQ
Our team is already seeing great value in Vantaca IQ. We’re able to see how long and how many action items and service requests are open, which helps us assess and allocate our customer service resources. It’s easy for us to view what we’re doing at every level of the company. It’s also very convenient to be able to drill down and open a specific action item. We’re looking forward to eventually having a configurable dashboard and to see role-based trends. Vantaca IQ is yet another Vantaca tool that we’ll be using very often!
