Wherefour Review

February 11th, 2025 • Role: End User

Our overall experience with Wherefour has been positive. We previously were on a different system that was not able to handle our recall and audit readiness needs. The ease of use also allowed our team to pick the system up quickly. I would definitely recommend Wherefour to anyone who does manufacturing and has traceability needs.

Pros

I really like the demand planning and the traceability aspects of Wherefour. A huge plus was also the implementation and support team. All in all a great experience so far.

Wherefour Review

I will talk about the onboarding process and the ongoing process. When I signed up with them, I went into their onboarding process, which was very organized and enabled me to set up the system properly and learn how to use it. After we populated the system with our inventory, customers, vendors, etc. we were able to practice using the system prior to going live with it. Once we were confident, we went live with Wherefour and have been running our business with it (for over two years now). When I have questions, I can always reach out to them and they get back to me pretty quickly with answers. My overall experience has been great and it has made my business much more organized and I feel more in control of it.

Pros

I have used a number of software solutions. There are two main things that I think Wherefour does really well. They have made it very easy to use and their customer support is way better than the other software companies that I've worked with. I can actually talk to real humans.

Cons

There are a couple of features that I would like to have. I put in requests for them so hopefully they will add them to the product soon.

Wherefour Review

February 11th, 2025 • Role: End User

Wherefour is great, it really gave our company the insights to better understand our business so that we can make difficult business decisions. The implementation team was very helpful in getting our system up and running smoothly.

Pros

Wherefour is incredibly easy to use and the tracability makes tracking our COGS quite simple. Additionally, the MRP feature makes planning ahead a breeze as we scale up our operations.

Cons

They don't have critical control points in workorders yet.

Wherefour Review

January 28th, 2025 • Role: End User

We’ve been using Wherefour for about 2 years now and we are very happy with it. We evaluated a couple other solutions and weighed the pros and cons + pricing and Wherefour was the superior. A huge plus is their implementation team. They’re real people and they’re local, super friendly and are super responsive if we need something. I would highly recommend Wherefour.

Pros

Easy-to-use inventory module and it's super easy to run a recall report. It literally takes our ops experts 2 minutes.

There is no phone support or chat function

November 15th, 2023 • Role: End User

It is very easy to onboard and get started, but definitely run it through its paces with scrutiny and detail before committing.

Pros

It's inexpensive

Cons

It takes 24 hours to receive an email back on support, even on critical support. There is no phone support or chat function to contact support. They only correspond with you via email. They don't consider anything critical, even a system down. The supposed integration to QuickBooks Online does not work. This includes integration for vendors, customers, invoices, and PO's which makes these processes extremely manual. The development team does not appear to be very robust. There is no app in the App Store. There is no account manager assigned to clients and no process for requesting development or enhancements. When requesting any type of functionality, the request is treated as an inconvenience and not valued.
