This company is a scam. I was interested in using it since other salons I’ve worked at have used it but it is NOT ideal for individual stylists. It is too expensive and you don’t need the service features for just one person with no employees. The ethics of this company are low and the customer service is horrible.

The Good…

I am completely dissatisfied with this company and I’ve heard many other salon owners say they have bad experiences as well and are seeking out other softwares.

The Bad…

Customer service is awful, I’ve been trying to cancel my service for months now and they won’t because I signed a contact and are trying for force me to use the product even though I refuse to even set up the service. I told them I can’t afford it but they don’t care. It’s extremely insensitive especially since most of our industry has been shut down for most of the year. I regret my interest in this company and now I am sick worrying about this hassle.
