About Metrc

Metrc is a regulatory solution designed for government agencies in charge of legalized marijuana enforcement. Metrc stands for marijuana enforcement tracking reporting compliance.

The software was developed by Franwell and provides tracking and tracing through the use of RFID as well as integrations with some of the top seed to sale software solutions on the market.

The software was built by regulators specifically for oversight and gives visibility that allows companies to follow strict rules, regulations, and statues in the cannabis and marijuana industry.

Metrc is used by a handful of states to track, monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance in regards to the distribution, processing, and sale of cannabis products.

The software has an industry side, and a regulatory side. The industry side helps report required events while the regulatory side is in charge of enforcement and compliance.
