ezLoads TMS and Driver App is All-in-One software for trucking companies. It's the most easy to use and intuitive software that allows you to Dispatch, Invoice, Organize loads, Prepare driver settlements, IFTA, Financial Reports - All in one Place.
Drivers are connected via the Driver App. Drivers update load statuses via the app and submit scanned PODs or any other receipts directly into the ezLoads TMS.
ezLoads TMS fully handles all the DOT safety compliance requirements and documents for drivers and equipment. It keeps track of all expiration dates.
With ezLoads it takes seconds to prepare driver settlements. DS is emailed to a driver right from the system. Invoicing is done in just one click. Invoices can be sent directly to customers from ezLoads system. IFTA is done in one click. Since all miles and gallons are already in the system, ezLoads gives an IFTA report in just one click.
ezLoads TMS is fully integrated with JD Factors, Triumph Business Capital and St John Capital Factoring companies. ezLoads users can submit invoices directly into their systems in just one click. RTS Financial integration is coming soon.
ezLoads is fully integrated with the Uber Freight Loadboard. ezLoads users can search and book loads right from the ezLoads portal.

Ezloads include all the required functions for trucking company. It has a very clear loadboard for dispatchers, user friendly and really quick load entry system. For safety department it provides enough space to keep all the drivers’ documents and has an alarm function for expiries of medical check ups, driver licence, insurance and etc. Fleet department can also make a detailed record about each truck and monitor dates for required shop visits, like for oil change. Accounting is also provided by easy payroll system, very detailed and informative report preparing function and tax preparation system for IFTA, OR, KY, NM AND NY.
The main disadvantage is that there is no connection with bank system, where you can easily pay salary to drivers. Also it will be great if they implement toll import function, like fuel reports, which they have already set up
Everything has worked so well together. Drivers love it.
The ease of use is wonderful. Everything just flows so well. Best TMS I have worked with. Very Pleased!!!!!

Very happy!
Easy to use and inexpensive
I throughly enjoy using this app & I’m looking forward for it to become available for android users. It keeps us organized and it’s very helpful for my drivers to see what loads they have available for the week. Also, I’d like for my drivers to be able to see the rate con and BOL in the system when they have it on their phone. That way, they can view the delivery address and print out any BOLs from the TMS.
What I enjoy most about the ezLoads TMS is the fact that my drivers can download the app on their phone and submit all lof their paperwork through the software instead of it getting lost in emails and text messages. Having all of our documents going to one space helps out the organization of our company tremendously!
The only thing I’m looking forward to is having the software compatible for Android users.
We’ve shopped around for the TMS that fits our carrier needs very thoroughly and so happy to have switched. EzLoads is very intuitive and simple to use yet it has everything we need: IFTA, safety docs for drivers, integration with our factoring company, different types of settlements

EzLoads is a convenient affordable program for the interaction of all departments of a trucking company from the dispatcher and to the general manager.
Advantages that we managed to learn:
- Employees of the company underwent free training in the EzLoads customer support service - managers are well versed in the functions of the programs.
- All departments have become to work faster - no need to switch between applications - in one system for receiving orders, register documents, maintain a register of cars and customers, tracking the movement of goods.
- With the help of a wide variety of reports, the system helps to easily track the necessary indicators for the company (such as total revenue, revenue per dispatcher or load, rate per mile, etc.). This allows us to choose only favorable conditions for cooperation. 4. On weekends, technical support is in touch - this is important for us, since business is conducted not only on weekdays. 5. It is convenient to work online - access anytime, anywhere. Constant updates with new features. 6. Due to the mobile application, it is possible to speed up the workflow process.
We would like to be able to integrate EzLoads account with the bank, which will simplify accounting - information does not need to be duplicated.

I recommend a fleet management app for mobile and/or a mobile version of the website because it is difficult to view slide outs on a mobile device.
EzLoads is a transportation management system for trucking companies. We have been using this program for two of our companies for over a year and have never regretted it. The program allows you to calculate the route, automatically determines how many empty and loaded miles you have to go on this route, calculates the fare per mile. A user-friendly interface allows you to quickly find the necessary data about cargo, drivers, brokers, and other company data. The system helps to keep track of the expiration date of all attached documents (for example, vehicle inspections, driver’s licenses), which is important not to miss their renewal.
In addition to cargo dispatching, the program is very convenient for accounting and management. It allows you to easily send a request to a factoring company, calculate drivers’ payroll, automatically make the necessary payments and deductions, allocate business costs by item, calculate IFTA, quickly control the company’s profit and loss, create accounting and management reports, and much more. EzLoads does not require additional staff, has a very simple interface, as well as a responsive and friendly support service, which quickly helps to solve the questions and requests of customers. 5 stars out of 5 and highly recommended.
For cost accounting, it would be convenient to integrate EzLoads with financial programs that are used in parallel in the company (for example, QuickBook).

I would slightly change the bookmark with users - I would make it more specific for each of the departments
EZ Loads is a very efficient and convenient software that provides all that is necessary for a trucking company’s logistics! I have been using this software for years now and I haven’t been unsatisfied with this software! I am able to control my payroll, IFTA, Drivers, and all expenses that I need to record for my business. It is super easy to use for beginners, which I was when I started and the customer service has been extremely helpful when I needed support! I highly recommend and have recommended this TMS system! They just added the app with helps my drivers a lot with their docs and route, plus the integrated a Loadboard which will help shorten my time dispatching my trucks! I can’t wait to see what else the service provides and will use for a very long time! Excellent product!
I love the information that’s already stored with brokers and shippers just by looking up their MC. I love the professionalism in customizing your business within the software. I also love how easy it is to record my IFTA for quarter filing

We tried different platforms, but ezLoads is truly the best. The design is so awesome and so easy-to-use, it makes trucking enjoyable. Drivers payroll is so automated, you can prepare it in seconds.IFTA is literally 1 click. It has many awesome features that other platforms do not have.
