TPS Cloud Axis test offers a full suite of practice management functions from time and billing, through WIP and AR as well as complete workflow and employee scheduling. TPS offers an option for a multi-office database that allows the firm to operate one data file but report by the office and partner. TPS includes the latest in analytical tools including MS Power BI. It also offers a full MS Office 365 Outlook bi-directional synchronization. If needed it also offers a full QuickBooks Online bi-directional synch and portal.
TPS also works closely with its clients to ensure the system provides the simplest, yet most flexible methods for all the elements of the program.
The cost of TPS Software starts at $10/person/month. The pricing model is on a per person per month basis with tiers of $10/$15/$20. There is a free trial available. There is no free version available.
We have been using TPS Cloud Axis for approximately 2 years, after using the non-cloud version for 3 years prior. It has been a tremendous asset to our practice and has helped immeasurably. The fact that is a cloud-based system allows us to you it anywhere, which is huge! We didn’t realize how much we were underbilling our clients until we were introduced to TPS.
Time tracking for our accountants is of the utmost importance. TPS Cloud Axis has been a lifesaving tool and helps us bill our clients appropriately.
I can’t really come up with any cons! We love it!
We are very basic users.
Time input by employees. Invoice input by me and payments input by me. The transition to TPS Cloud was very user friendly.
There are so many features that do not pertain to us. It would be helpful if I could just put as many e-mails and contacts within the Address tab of the client and not use contacts. I do not contact clients through TPS so this is not really a feature that is convenient for me.
Overall we are satisfied with TPS at this time.
I mostly enjoy the helpful videos as we learn to use this new software. I also appreciate the kind customer service I have received when sending in tickets for assistance. [sensitive content hidden] was so helpful and kind and I plan to continue communicating with her for further assistance.
