About Vivid Reports


Designed as a Microsoft Excel add-in that is fully integrated to your ERP’s general ledger accounts, balances, and transactions. It is very easy to learn and use and you can take advantage of all of Excel’s functionality. The entire Vivid Reports user interface is accessible right from Excel. If you are already familiar with Excel then there is very little you need to learn to get up to speed with Vivid Reports and you can take advantage of all features and functions available in Excel when working with your statements and financial information.

Low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): Vivid charges reasonable license, maintenance and training fees. Training on Vivid Reports if required at all never takes more than a day and can be done in as little as two to three hours. High Return On Investment (ROI). Vivid Reports can often pay for itself in as little as a month. Some companies using Vivid Reports have been able to shave up to two weeks a month off their reporting cycle and the time that is saved can be used to manage your business.

The benefit is that you can push Vivid Reports out to the various information users in your organization.
