Still figuring out the system

It is a software for a food safety management system and haccp plan. It is a useful software and has reduced my paper trail which i like
I like the way it removes all the paper out of my day to day processes and sends me reminders
There are a few issues that need to happen - it would be great if you could get the daily notifications but then put in that your not in the kitchen that day or no deliveries that day. Also I think it would be great to link the cooking/ cooling temp record
Great user friendly system. Very mobile friendly. The system is set up to be easy and flow nicely w/o wasting time. The great part is you can create teams & positions and assigned a person to multiple titles. e.g. Sam is a cook and is also apart of team 3.. Which means he has task on both ends that needs his attention during the work week. The customer support is amazing and efficient in everything they do and always prompt with responses.
Like i said, easy on boarding. The team works hard to make it easy as possible and extremely responsive. Only issue, not so comfortable with creating a task on my own or understanding the functions to even create a task to the level the team can or even close. Or not being able to duplicate a form for easy usage. E.g. If my check list for x is great and want to use the same format for y, I would have to start over with a clean slate.
not being able to control the platform through the application on mobile on an ipad . it requires a desktop. Or not being able to view completed task/activity log on the mobile . Which would be great. And changing the language to help other workers. e.g. top right/left side, pick a language to translate it to.
The software was helpful the moment I began using it during the free trial! Having all the monitoring activity consolidated in one app is a huge plus for employee use. It was very easy to get up and running with a good HACCP plan in place and have it formatted professionally. I’m looking forward to seeing what other ways I can use the software to support our needs.
The custom monitoring tasks are great. The flexibility to customize just about any content to fit my businesses needs was very surprising. But also the amount and quality of the technical writing for the SOPs was a huge timesaver.
I need to check out the notifications, those can get a little overbearing but that could be the settings.
