Buyer beware!!! Our price has doubled in just 18 months for the service that we signed up for which was 1 active project; minimum monthly charge went from $99 to $199. They arbitrarily changed this to 2 active projects and doubled their price. We have no use for the second active project. CoConstruct considers a 1 month email notice of this to be adequate treatment of customers. No grandfathering of existing clients. Don’t understand how they can get away with this. Feels like we are being held hostage while we look for other software. Will be complaining to all relevant state and federal agencies of this practice.

The Good…

Have pretty rigid templates. Not the best, but adequate.

The Bad…

No scheduling. Price doubled with 1 month notice.

Our favorite features are the to-do/task list with notes, and due dates and reminders and we can assign them to people, we also love the ability to communicate with our customers and our subs on the same platform and it will come through on their email or their texts, so they are not required to be logged into the software. Lastly we enjoy the flexibility of billing/number of jobs and users.

The job logs w/ pictures that we can draw on are also super helpful and the Gant schedule is user friendly to learn to use.
