At my company we have been using their software for a very long time. At first it was fantastic very easy to use, extremely straight forward. In the last two years that has gone awry. It seems every 2 months they change the way something works and looks. This makes it extremely hard to operate. Whats worse is they give you the capability to use the old way for a short time, before they rip that out from under you. Every update they have made in the last two years, save for one, has only succeeded in making it harder to use.
When they first updated their software two years ago it was a refreshing change.
The constant changes without the option to deny that change.
I’m thrilled to have finally found an HR management solution that’s agile and forward-focused.
EEO tracking is important to our organization and the ATS makes that reporting quick and easy to access.
The system is easy to use and navigate. It is a great solution for me — it saves me time and keeps me organized when we are recruiting for employees.
