I have been with Atlantic Systems since I opened my store in 2009. I was introduced to their Spirits system by another store owner and found it had the most important factors I was looking for: User friendly and easy to learn Excellent reporting functions to improve sales and profitability Reliability to minimize downtime Customer and Technical support to solve issues timely and maintain/upgrade the system
The most important factor over the years has been their customer support, beginning with their salespeople to their technicians and back office staff. A store owner needs to focus on running their business and NOT becoming a software expert. Atlantic Systems has been great about meeting all of my needs, which is why I am still with them.
