The Credit Card Feature Pack provides you with an additional database that is used for storing credit card information; this database may also be used to facilitate Electronic Funds Transfers. You are able to edit customer records to facilitate recurring credit card charges within the system. Then on command, the Credit Card system will find the amounts due from those customers and create a credit card transaction from the database record, for the due amount. Transactions will be made in the format expected by your clearing house; and after the creation of the credit card transactions, you can choose to have them electronically sent to your clearing house. The clearing house will then send you a response file showing you accepted and refused transaction information. Accepted transactions are posted as payments automatically and rejected items are reported, so you can take any action necessary. This feature pack supports Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and ACH transactions.
