We cannot find a new system fast enough. Extremely frustrating experience that gives massive compliance concerns.

The system takes far too long to load, crashes several times a day, and technical support lacks knowledge of their own system. They build a system with massive flaws - such as allowing a verified and dispensed Rx record to be changed (MD, patient name, NDC, qty). If you point out the flaws they tell you “Some pharmacies want it that way”. Avoid this system at all costs.
Being in pharmacy for 20 years, this is one of the best systems I have ever used. This system has simplified our workflow, helped track errors and speed, among many other things. Customer support is great as well, when we call in the technicians are very knowledgable.
The accounting part. But, I am still learning that part/
The BZQ which runs the POS is great. However, the Prescription management section (RXQ) has lots of unnecessary steps and terminologies that are not the most common in Pharmacy practice. So typically staff has to spend loads of prime time just getting around the system. And then it takes for ever to reach a human-being at Help-desk. Most times you have to leave a message by which time your patient has gotten frustrated and moved elsewhere. As a pharmacist who has used several other Pharmacy Programs, you gets the impression that this system could benefit from tweaking by experienced pharmacy staff who understand that in Retail Pharmacy SPEED is crucial and TIME spent per prescription is a major determinant of success.
BZQ for Point of Sale is great!
RXQ is unnecessarily complicated; has too many windy steps and a number of uncommon terminology is used. Help desk could be better equipped, more efficient, and easier to access.
With this new system and work flow, our clerks will know when they answer the phone exactly where a compound prescription is in the work flow. They are a value-driven company, and they listen to us and respond to our requests.
