service is terrible, not the original computer rx since they were bought out. Awful
Used to be one of the best / easy interface and easy to use
1- Horrible customer service - if your pharmacy is down you better shut down for the day than wait for them and expect to do that on weekly basis (if not daily!)
2- Their management do not even acknowledge there is a problem ever. I spoke with the COO of the company

Worst customer service ever. Take hours before answering the phone and their techs support know very little to nothing. Always have to call back to fix the problem. Take days before call back.
Can’t get a live human on the phone for days. Ticketing system is broken. These are not the droids you are looking for. Went downhill a few months ago and no idea why. Must have been bought or sold to new owners milking their license renewals. I’d seek alternatives. I will be happy to come back and update this review if their support improves. But it is really bad.

Their support is the worst I have experienced in a very long time.
Working with Computer-Rx has changed the way we do business by just in our daily aspect of working with workflow. We didn’t do workflow before. Now we have staff that comes in and they know where to go. We might rotate them, but they’re still in workflow. They’re still going to do something organized instead of running around and being in each other’s way.
