Prior to Bonterra buying Network for Good the system was wonderful and affordable for small nonprofits. However when Bonterra took over, they raised the prices without any explanation of why. We did not change users or ask for additional functionalities. Because of the price increase, the board has asked that we move to a new system. I love the system with their dashboards and visuals to monitor donation growth but at the end of the day we want as much money going into the cause.
The help and support I received from Network for Good helped us to triple our goal! The donor management is great and easy to use, as is the communication platform. Truly stupendous program!
If my board decided not to continue to spend money on Network for Good, I’d pay for it myself or quit my job.
They handle the data migration, give excellent and efficient phone AND chat support and don’t charge you extra for it, have an easy-to-use platform and offer the best webinars of any donor management system I’ve seen (and I watch a LOT!). It’s SO nice to have all our data on hand and accessible.
