We had a very agressive timeframe, looking to be live in 6 weeks. After speaking to several vendors, WinMan was one of the few that not only could meet the timeframe but really took the time to understand our core functionalty needs. They customized the platform to assure all of our essentail needs were met prior to implementation.

Before, our service techs would fill out a paper form in triplicate, keep one copy, give one copy to the customer, and mail one copy to the main office. Then, the form would sit on someone’s desk before being entered into the system. Now, they fill out forms in the app on their tablets, and we receive that information in real time. It’s perfect. Whenever a change in the system needed to be made, WinMan took care of it right away. If it took some time to handle, WinMan gave us a target date and met it. We are pleased with the WinMan platform. It’s affordable, very efficient, and easy to use. Also, working with the WinMan team was wonderful. They just made everything work

We were confident there was a vendor that could do what we needed. There are always issues when implementing an enterprise solution, but WinMan addressed them very quickly and changed whatever we needed. We know it’s working because we’re getting the outputs we expect from it.

WinMan adjusted to us as we went, as opposed to us adjusting to the ERP system. That capability is what makes this a success.

The implementation team fully knew what I wanted and didn’t roll anything out until they were sure the entire company was one hundred percent happy and sure that it was going to work. Since then, we have scenarios where WinMan implements new programs, and the most recent one saved me a tremendous amount of time.

WinMan’s ERP software allows our senior leadership group better insight into how we are performing. Before we never had a good way to track the pricing with the different components we sell. WinMan gives executive management a much easier way to get into the granular data. Give them truer, more accurate information on a timely basis so they can make better decisions. Using the global/local accounting structure with the intercompany functionality allows for faster and more accurate consolidation. It eliminates the manual process of searching for intercompany transactions and making sure they’re in balance across multiple entities. It allows us to best serve our customers and to also take advantage of what’s going on in the market.

Our WinMan ERP system allows me to directly and quickly access the management information I need to run the business — real-time reporting of key performance indicators such as operating efficiencies and deliveries. Vitally, more consistent pricing gives a truer margin on the work we perform. Meanwhile, the system has supported our company’s strategy of investment for growth and its ability to meet delivery promises, hence strengthening its reputation in the marketplace as a reliable and trustworthy supplier. An accurate delivery date to the nearest day can now be assigned by our sales administration staff within half-an-hour of an order being placed. We proudly meet over 99% of those dates.
