I’ve done commercial property management for 30 years. I switched to rent out my own home and needed something to market myself and screen the tenants. It’s real easy to send out the link to the application and I’ve gotten great results. I can easily reactive listings when tenants move out so I don’t have to reenter the previous information used. I save thousands not using a realtor.
