Overall: After roughly 20 years of using Silent Partner, I can honestly say I’m very happy with how easy it is to use. Closing the month/year is reasonably painless and the support team is very helpful and quick to help with any problems.
Pros: Very easy to do everything from writing checks to printing reports. Enough options on all aspects of Silent Partner to fit all types of companies and their needs
Cons: sometimes the updates will force you to do things you are used to in a different way. that being said, once you get used to the updates, you see they are usually for the better.

Overall: With regards to our Production the software allows for an easier transition to a Digital approach with storage as well.
Pros: The ease with which each function can be carried out
Cons: There isn’t anything about the software I do not like. If I cannot access what is needed [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team from SP is more than willing to accommodate us and assist with solutions.
Overall: As of yet, my experience has been a good one, whenever I need help, I do ticket in the forum and Michelle is always quick to answer me. She is amazing to work with!
Pros: I like the capabilities it has to support our agency
Cons: There is a lot that I don’t know as far as what Silent Partner has to offer
Overall: We have been using eSP for over 11 years. Our company has grown 5x since then in business ; eSP has given us Job reports, A/R, A/P, G/L close, plus the knowledge of technical help. They are constantly releasing new versions to improve with the times.
Pros: The Accrued Media report- this report allows me to know what media vendor invoices I am missing
Cons: Media - the ability to import excel media plans; and even though I understand I wish there was a media vendor report I can run by media client.
Overall: Customer support has always been superb! They are always quick to offer insight and guidance, as well as taking recommendations into consideration for future enhancements/updates. We neglected to fully embrace the project management module back in 2005 when we partnered with Silent Partner, nor when department management changed, and as a result incorporated Wrike project management as a three year commitment right before Silent Partner rolled out their new and improved project management modules. However, having been with the company for 17 years we have watched it develop into a comprehensive marketing/project management system.
Pros: We have used the software for so long that it is comfortable yet constantly improving.
Cons: The original integration date was rushed by our team and had to be postponed so that we could be fully ready to use Silent Partner. If we were starting over I would highly recommend training sessions with Silent Partner support, or intensive training to an administrator that could in turn train staff to utilize Silent Partner to its full capacity.

Pros: I think that the job jacket is pretty good. I like being able to upload documents/view invoices and job charges all in one spot.

Overall: sSilent Partner has been great so far to help us managing the business, developing an ad hoc cash report preventing us wasting a lot of time reconciling data.
Pros: eSilent Partner has an amazing support team, super reactive, doing the best to be sure your question is answered VERY quickly.
Cons: I would like more features to keep integrating within the same software: more flexible expense report and project management

Pros: We have been using eSilentPARTNER for over 12 years. It’s clear that the developers understand the nuances of our business and have incorporated that into the platform. The support team is responsive, professional and fully versed in the application. We use eSilentPARTNER primarily for accounting and project management purposes and we have never been unhappy with the software.
Cons: Although the software is intuitive and easy to use, there is some inconsistency in functionality between the different modules. This however has not been problematic.

Our experience with eSilentPARTNER has been very satisfactory since now we are able to have very accurate reports on everything that’s involved in our projects in many important aspects such as financial, productivity, accounting, and more. Prior to eSilentPARTNER, we were not able to have this and it makes a huge difference. We now have the power to track every aspect of the company. Plus, with eSilentPARTNER 3.6, the new versión of the system, we are very pleased with the way the information is displayed.
