Agvance Accounting
Agvance accounting is designed to streamline the record-keeping/bookkeeping tasks of ag cooperatives and dealers while providing valuable management information. Agvance will integrate grain, agronomy, propane, motor fuel, and patronage functions into one Microsoft SQL Server database. Agvance offers real-time inventory and financial reporting. All inventory and general ledger accounts are posted when a transaction is entered. The centralized database allows for flexibility in generating reports and queries to aid management decision-making. Accurate inventory and financial reports can be viewed anytime. Sales and inventory information can be viewed by location or combined for a total operation summary.
Agvance Blending
The Agvance blending module can access field plans or quotes generated in the planning area and turn them into detailed work orders. This program will also formulate dry, liquid, and suspension blends, generate blend tickets, custom application sheets, and ‘haz-mat’ documents, and optionally interface with several automated blending systems.
Agvance Grain
Agvance grain makes it easy for grain professionals to stay on top of their workload and in step with the market. The module helps organize settlements, manage contracts, track shipments, and monitor your daily positions. All of these metrics can be viewed on a synchronized dashboard.
Agvance Mapping
Built for dealers, maps are object-oriented and can be exported to industry standard files to share valuable map data and facilitate various precision applications. It will import and display GPS map data, yield/moisture data, digital orthophoto quadrangle (DOQ), soil tests, satellite imagery, and other types of geo-referenced data. Maps can then be shaded and/or contoured based on their fertility needs and utilized with variable rate application systems. Dealers can also use the geo-based database to display and analyze their entire marketing area from data collected at the field level.
Agvance Dispatch
The dispatch module helps manage teams by viewing job details, customer information, and field information. Time tracking functionality allows for streamlined clock in and out for workers from their mobile devices.
Agvance Energy
Agvance energy is an add-on to the Agvance accounting system for dealers who need help tracking customer usage and tank inventory of LP or propane. This module utilizes heating degree days to predict when tanks need to be filled and a geographical mapping tool to assist with dispatch and routing tasks.

The greatest benefit we’ve enjoyed since implementing Agvance over 10 years ago is that they are consistently trying to improve the software to fit our needs. They continue to improve with updates and new modules to keep up with the vast changing technology available in today’s world.

I personally think the best benefits are the reports that I can show my customers, from field histories to sales to prepay. Whenever you have a customer walk out the door satisfied that they know where their money was spent and have easy to understand records to prove it is priceless!

Agvance is a powerful program that makes our fertilizer & chemical business more efficient. We utilize many areas of the program such as planning, bookings, inventory, accounts receivables, payables and payroll and it is simple to teach other office people how to use it.

Very hard to use and not user friendly
Very hard to use and not user friendly. Not being window based, it reminds me of programs from the 1980’s era

Hard to find product with the search engine. Too many 'buttons to click' to make a transaction from the retail level. Customers get annoyed waiting for the transaction to be completed.
