Caselle is very user friendly and intuitive
I moved to Texas from Colorado in 2016. While in Colorado I converted 2 Cities to Caselle and they love it so much. When I moved to Texas I worked for Cities that did not use Caselle and it took awhile to get familiar with the other software but seemed difficult to use and not user friendly. I recently had the opportunity to move to Livingston, TX who recently switched to Caselle. Caselle is very user friendly and intuitive making it easy for me to pick up quickly. I utilized the webinars as refreshers and have been able to help my co-workers with questions. I know the previous Cities in Colorado and Livingston, TX are very happy that they switched to Caselle.

Our search parameters pivoted when we began reviewing Caselle. Initially we were seeking a professional service option to add onto our ERP. Caselle not only was able to support our in house needs but also offered professional services alongside the software. We looked at several other ERP’s to avoid making a snap decision but found Caselle was the only one that offered those additional services.
