We were looking for a software to track and manage our daily maintenance tasks for our 50 locations. After speaking with a few systems we ended up moving forward with ClickMaint because their price was too good to pass up. Out of the systems we reviewed, their software seemed the most user friendly, and we really liked their mobile app.

We never used CMMS before, and Click Maint really made our journey an enjoyable one. Easy to use work orders. Scheduling Maintenance is super easy to set up. Our inventory is finally organized the way we needed it to be.

The app and website are both really easy to use, obviously a lot of thought was put into the design because adding equipments, setting up inventory, creating a request ticket & scheduling routine maintenance are all seamless and easy to do. It’s working really well so far.

It is so handy for us to receive notifications when maintenance is required.The mobile app makes it easy to manage work on the go. It’s extremely easy to use, affordable and very quick to set up.
It was very fast to set up and get started - within days. The support team is awesome and it took almost no training to get going.
The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version.

The ability to have the same name for multiple assets
It took us away from spreadsheets and really allowed us to automate our maintenance process. I compared it to a few of its competitors, and when I looked at all of them in my mind, there really was no competition. They were clear winner.
I really liked the mobile app’s interface. It was great for generating work orders and super intuitive and easy to use for our team. It was also great for preventative maintenance and setting up our facilities. We get the notification and we are able to automate our process with excellent asset tracking. It’s also priced very well. Setup was a breeze.
There were a few bumps along the way but they were handled extremely well by the implementation team. Nothing out of the norm and overall one of the smoothest implementations

I use it for maintenance requests and tracking work orders. It's really easy to use and the mobile app is great. The QR code scanning feature is really cool and makes getting requests in so easy.
