Product Overview
The Govasyst suite, formelry asyst by USTI before it was acquired by CentralSquare, is a solution for financial asset, utility, and general government management. It offers an integrated system for managing key functions of community operation, including fund accounting, tax and utility bills, payroll, permits, licenses, code violations, and more.
The software is subscription-based and designed to be low-tech and easy to use, not requiring IT staff. Three bundles are available to better meet your specific needs. The bundles are: Fund Accounting, General Government, and Utility.

Asyst is easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to get started using
Asyst is easy to use, easy to set up, and easy to get started using. Once set up, the reports generated are perfect.
Pros
I like the reports/ inquiry features the best. The drop down look-up features also make it easy to use.
Cons
It isn't perfect as it is set up for an accural accounting system and most small cities use a cash system. There is a work around, but there shouldn't be a need for one.
