Features

Our review of Logiwa WMS was primarily focused on the inventory and warehousing features, such as:

Pick an Order

Logiwa uses Smart DTC Picking Advantage to make picking easy. This unique feature uses 4 job types to break up inbound orders into:

  • Identical SKU-1: Mobile order picking > Print carrier labels in bulk > Ship
  • Identical SKU-2: Mobile order picking > Print carrier labels in bulk > Ship
  • Single-Item Orders: Mobile order picking > Pack and print labels > Ship
  • Multi-Item Orders: Mobile order picking > Pick and sort by tote > Pack and print labels > Ship

Each type can be configured to match businesses’ exact picking needs. Logiwa automatically pre-segments orders for faster picking. This is done by looking at exactly where items are in relation to one another and providing pickers with the most efficient path.

Missing Inventory

If a picker finds inventory missing from a location, they can mark this on the mobile app so no other pickers are sent to the same empty spot. Once an item is marked missing, the system will automatically locate alternate inventory spots for the selected items, saving pickers significant time.

What Features Are Missing?

  • Payment processing: Logiwa lacks payment processing currently. However, orders can be used to generate invoices in integrated accounting solutions like QuickBooks.
  • Light manufacturing: Logiwa currently does not have ways to track partial units of inventory that could be used in manufacturing.

The system is a bit constraining as we try to grow the business

May 5th, 2023 • Product Experience: 2+ years • Role: End User

The system is a bit constraining as we try to grow the business. The work flow is tedious with a great deal of duplicate entries. Any inputted orders can be viewed by our Logitics Coordinator, but for him to pass the work order to another team member, he has to print a paper copy and duplicate it in the system. We also run into a great deal of connection issues, halting our entire set up.

Logiwa is very intuitive and makes everyone more efficient

January 6th, 2022 • Roles: Purchaser & End User

We knew we needed a modern WMS for ecommerce fulfillment. We looked at all the other solutions available and chose Logiwa for its intuitive UX and ease of use.

We were up and running on Logiwa in our first warehouse in just 2 – 3 weeks. Our west coast warehouse really took off after we started using Logiwa.

New warehouse workers are trained and on the floor in just 3 – 4 hours with Logiwa. Logiwa is very intuitive and makes everyone more efficient.
