User Reviews of WASP InventoryCloud
Write a ReviewProgram is Good But Customer Service is Not
The program is good but customer service is not. Training was all very basic and does not reflect real-world practices. On the face it looks great, but in practical use it can interface with things like Avery labels. Long on hold times, a couple of these CSR lack product knowledge which is frustrating. The salesman is clearly more interested in upselling than helping his client, obviously he is commissioned based.
Pros
Easy to input inventory
Cons
Trying to print darn labels!
WASP InventoryCloud Review
We all liked the consistency of InventoryCloud. It is always reliable. Our employees are just happy to have a system that works all of the time. We would definitely recommend Wasp and InventoryCloud and already have to others in our industry.
InventoryCloud has been a stress reliever for us
We were just doing manual inventory checks by going into our storage areas and making notes about what items seemed to be running low. With over 40 vendors and more than 300 food products to track, we needed to find an inventory management system to streamline our foodservice operation.
InventoryCloud has been a stress reliever for us. InventoryCloud has incredible capabilities; I have already recommended it to another Big 12 school that came to our facility for a tour!
